EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting for the US market. You will partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage the talent pipeline, engage with leaders and hiring managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while driving EY’s recruiting strategy across service lines.

You’ll work with a high‑performing team, leveraging diverse sourcing techniques, AI tools, and strong relationship management to attract top executives

Formación

• Extensive executive search and recruitment experience.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify and solve complex recruitment issues.
• Develop and foster relationships with clients and candidates.
• Provide training and feedback to team members.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10+ years of experienced hire recruitment experience, including executive recruitment.
• Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques for experienced hires.
• Deep understanding of current recruitment laws and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS software; Avature experience a plus.
