Job summary

EY recruits executives for the US market, with a leadership role in shaping the recruitment process and candidate experience. You’ll partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage a high‑impact talent pipeline and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, Talent teams and hiring managers.

You’ll lead external candidate engagement, drive sourcing strategies, and implement inclusive approaches while leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and outcomes across EY’s service lines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment processes.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify and solve complex recruitment issues.
• Build and foster relationships with clients and candidates.
• Provide training and performance feedback to the team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10+ years of experienced hire recruitment experience, including executive recruitment.
• Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques for experienced hires.
• Solid understanding of current recruitment laws and practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ATS tools; Avature is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and serve client groups and external candidates.
• Assess needs against talent market to build a strong pipeline via multiple channels.
• Utilize sourcing strategies including inclusive initiatives and creative techniques.
• Integrate EY brand into recruitment activities across platforms.
• Act as change agent for new technology, tools and processes.
• Stay informed on talent and labor market insights.
• Provide training and performance feedback to teammates.
• Innovate and leverage AI to improve sourcing efficiency and impact.
