Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting initiatives across service lines for the US market. You’ll partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage the talent pipeline, engaging leaders, colleagues and candidates, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

As part of a high‑performing team, you’ll drive EY’s talent strategy, leverage AI tools, and collaborate with hiring managers to shape leadership pipelines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment.
• Ability to develop an effective sourcing strategy.
• Ability to identify and solve complex recruitment issues.
• Ability to develop and foster relationships.
• Provide training and performance feedback to team.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires across client groups.
• Assess business leadership resource needs against the talent market to build pipeline.
• Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including inclusive approaches.
• Incorporate EY's brand into recruitment activities across platforms.
• Act as change agent for new recruitment tools and processes.
• Stay informed on talent and labor market insights.
• Provide training and feedback to teammates.
• Leverage AI to improve sourcing efficiency and impact.
