Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting for the US market. You will partner with an Executive Recruiter, manage talent pipelines, and serve as a trusted adviser to leaders, Talent teams and hiring managers, ensuring a superior candidate experience.

You’ll lead with inclusive sourcing, develop strategies, and apply new tech and AI tools to drive efficiency and impact across EY’s recruitment function.

Qualifications

• Extensive executive level search and recruitment experience.
• Ability to develop an effective sourcing strategy.
• Ability to identify and solve complex recruitment issues.
• Ability to develop and foster relationships.
• Ability to provide training and feedback to team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10+ years of experienced hire recruitment experience, including executive recruitment.
• Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques for experienced hires.
• Strong knowledge of current recruitment laws and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS software; Avature a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and serve as a key contact to client groups and external candidates.
• Assess business leadership resource needs against the talent market to build a pipeline.
• Ensure sourcing strategies are inclusive and creative.
• Integrate EY's brand strategy into recruitment across platforms.
• Act as change agent for new technologies and processes in recruiting.
• Stay informed of talent and labor market insights.
• Conduct training and performance feedback for teammates.
• Innovate and leverage AI to improve sourcing and efficiency.
