Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting responsibilities for the US market. You’ll partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage the talent pipeline, engage with leaders and candidates, and drive exceptional candidate experiences while leveraging AI and new tools.

You’ll collaborate with EY teams to integrate brand strategy across recruitment and lead change initiatives that improve sourcing effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the executive level search and recruitment process.
• Ability to develop an effective sourcing strategy.
• Strong relationships and network in executive talent.
• Knowledge of current recruitment laws and practices.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Avature preferred).

Responsibilities

• Developing recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and serve as a key contact to client groups and external candidates.
• Assessing leadership resource needs against the talent market to build a pipeline.
• Ensuring sourcing strategies including inclusiveness initiatives are used.
• Integrating EY's brand strategy into recruitment activity across platforms.
• Acting as a change agent for new technology, tools and processes.
• Staying informed of talent and labor market insights.
• Conducting training and performance feedback for teammates.
• Innovating with AI to enhance sourcing and impact.
