Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting across service lines and sectors for the US market. You’ll partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage talent pipelines, engage with leaders, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences while upholding EY’s brand and ethical standards.

You’ll lead sourcing, coach other recruiters, and leverage new technology including AI to improve efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies for executive roles.
• Ability to identify and solve complex recruitment issues.
• Ability to develop and foster relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ability to provide training and feedback to team.

Responsibilities
