Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruitment for the US market. You will partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage the talent pipeline, engage external candidates, and advise leaders and hiring managers on recruitment strategy.

You’ll drive sourcing strategies, coach other recruiters, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategy.
• Experience solving complex recruitment issues.
• Ability to build and foster relationships.
• Ability to train and provide feedback to team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8-10+ years of experienced hire recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques.
• Understanding of current recruitment laws and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS; Avature a plus.

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and serve as a key contact to client groups and external candidates.
• Assess leadership resource needs against talent market to build a compelling pipeline.
• Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including inclusive initiatives.

• Act as a change agent for new technology and processes.
• Stay informed of talent and labor market insights.
• Provide training and performance feedback to teammates.
• Leverage AI to improve efficiencies and sourcing.
