EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to lead executive recruitment for the US market. You will collaborate with an Executive Recruiter to build a robust talent pipeline, engage with business leaders, and drive candidate experience while shaping EY’s recruiting strategy and leveraging AI-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10+ years in experienced hire and executive recruitment.
• Knowledge of current recruitment laws and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools (Avature).

Responsabilités

• Develop executive recruitment strategies across service lines.
• Partner with Executive Recruiter to manage pipelines for priorities.
• Provide coaching and training to recruiters and team members.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience and reputation for quality.
• Leverage data analytics to improve sourcing and impact sourcing strategies.
• Adopt new technologies and processes to enhance recruitment.
