Job summary

Henry Schein Medical is seeking a senior executive-level rainmaker to identify and convert IDN relationships into strategic, multi-year non-acute distribution partnerships.

You will operate at the CFO/CEO level, designing partnership frameworks and leading high-stakes negotiations, RFP responses, and boardroom presentations with national health systems. Travel 50-70% is expected; a proven record of closing $5M-$50M+ opportunities is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in senior healthcare sales or supply chain leadership.
• 5+ years direct IDN selling at VP/C-suite level.
• Proven track record of multi-year IDN distribution partnerships ($5M-$50M+).
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or higher preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50-70%.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate executive-level IDN relationships to secure strategic partnerships.
• Architect and close multi-year distribution agreements.
• Lead executive presentations, RFP responses, and design sessions.
• Develop national IDN partnership strategy and pursuit plans.
• Forecast pipeline and report progress to senior leadership.
