Henry Schein Medical is seeking a high‑impact VP-level executive to identify, cultivate, and convert executive relationships with IDNs into strategic non-acute distribution partnerships. You will design partnership frameworks and positions Henry Schein Medical as the premier partner for the nation’s largest health systems.

You will lead multi-year collaborations, architect complex agreements, and deliver executive‑level presentations and financial models.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare/supply chain leadership.
• Minimum 5 years of direct IDN selling experience at VP of Supply Chain/CXO level.
• Proven track record of creating multi-year strategic distribution partnerships in the $5M–$50M+ annual revenue range.

Responsabilités

• Leverage IDN relationships at VP/CPO/C-suite level to secure strategic meetings and partnerships.
• Architect, negotiate, and close multi-year distribution agreements with IDNs and large health systems.
• Present executive-level narratives and responses for RFPs and partnership design sessions.
