Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior leadership recruiter to own end-to-end executive searches for its Hardware Platform teams as it scales. You will partner with the C-suite, founders, and engineering VPs to shape leadership strategy and organizational design, while managing complex negotiations and discreet searches.

You will design and close eligible compensation packages, perform market mapping, and provide data-driven narratives to executives, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience with 3+ years in executive or principal-level search.
• Proven track record hiring leadership in complex engineering domains.
• Experience advising C-suite and founders on hiring strategy.
• Deep understanding of executive compensation models.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential searches.
• U.S. Person due to access to restricted information.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end leadership and executive-level searches (Director, VP, and Principal-level) across Hardware Platform teams.
• Establish deep trust and act as a strategic talent advisor to C-suite executives, Founders, and engineering VPs to influence organizational design and leadership talent strategy.
• Conduct comprehensive market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence to identify and engage passive, top-tier leadership talent.
