Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in executive or principal technical search.
• Proven record hiring leadership (Managers, Directors, VPs) in hardware/engineering domains.
• Experience advising C-suite, founders, and VPs on hiring strategy and market realities.
• Deep knowledge of executive compensation models, equity, vesting, and offer negotiations.
• Strong assessment skills for leadership capability, strategic thinking, and cultural fit.
• Discretion and professionalism in confidential searches with high-profile candidates.
• Clear, professional communication and ability to build rapport quickly with senior candidates.
• U.S. Person required due to access to export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end leadership and executive searches across Hardware Platform teams.
• Advise C-suite executives and engineering leaders on leadership talent strategy.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
• Design and negotiate complex executive compensation packages.
• Understand product positioning and culture to pitch leadership opportunities.
• Track pipeline metrics and provide data-driven updates to executives.
• Leverage networking and sourcing methods to engage passive leaders.
