Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, incl. 3+ years in leadership or principal-level searches.
• Experience hiring Managers, Directors, VPs in engineering domains.
• Advising C-suite, founders, and VPs on hiring strategy.
• Understanding executive compensation models and offer negotiations.
• Discreet, professional communication with high-profile candidates.
• Experience managing confidential searches with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end leadership searches across Hardware Platform teams.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to C-suite and engineering VPs.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Design and close complex executive compensation packages.
