You will map markets, design compensation packages, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience while maintaining discretion across confidential searches. This role blends strategic talent advisory with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience with 3+ years in executive/leadership search.
• Proven track record hiring leaders within complex engineering domains (hardware, aerospace, robotics, systems, manufacturing).
• Advising C-suite, VP, and founder-level stakeholders on hiring strategy and market realities.
• Deep understanding of executive compensation models, equity, vesting, and offers.
• Exceptional assessment of leadership capability, strategic thinking, and cultural fit.
• Clear, professional, discreet communication with high-profile candidates.
• Experience managing confidential searches with discretion.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end leadership and executive-level searches (Director, VP, Principal) across Hardware Platform teams.
• Advise C-suite, Founders, and engineering VPs on hiring strategy and market realities.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence for passive leadership talent.
• Provide a high-touch, white-glove experience from outreach through onboarding.
• Design, negotiate, and close complex executive compensation packages.
• Understand product positioning and culture to pitch leadership opportunities.
