Anduril Industries, a defense technology leader, seeks a senior leadership recruiter for its Hardware Platform teams to own executive searches and build a world-class leadership bench across Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Manufacturing disciplines. You will collaborate with the executive team to shape leadership strategy and drive outcomes.

This role partners with founders and engineering VPs, delivering high-touch experiences, market insights, and competitive offers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years recruiting experience, incl. 3+ years focused on executive/leadership searches.
• Experience hiring leaders in complex engineering domains (hardware, aerospace, robotics, systems).
• Advising C-suite, VPs, and founders on hiring strategy and market realities.
• Deep understanding of executive compensation models, including equity and offers.
• Exceptional assessment to evaluate leadership capability, strategy, and culture fit.
• Professional, discreet communication with high-profile candidates.
• Experience managing confidential searches with extreme discretion.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export controlled information access.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end leadership and executive-level searches across Hardware Platform teams.
• Act as strategic talent advisor to C-suite executives, founders, and engineering VPs.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence to identify passive leadership talent.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
• Design, negotiate, and close complex executive compensation packages.
• Understand Anduril's product, roadmap, and culture to pitch leadership opportunities.
• Track executive pipeline metrics and provide data-driven updates to stakeholders.
• Leverage networking and sourcing to engage top passive leaders.
