Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a senior talent partner to own end‑to‑end leadership and executive searches across Hardware Platform teams. You will work closely with C‑suite executives, founders, and VP‑level stakeholders to shape leadership strategy and organizational design.

You will conduct market mapping, engage passive leadership candidates, and design competitive compensation packages, including base, equity, and incentives, while delivering a high‑touch candidate

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, incl. executive or principal‑level search.
• Proven track record hiring leaders (Directors/VPs) within complex engineering domains (hardware/defense).
• Advising C‑suite and VP stakeholders on hiring strategy and market realities.
• Deep understanding of executive compensation models, equity valuations, vesting, and offers.
• Exceptional assessment skills for leadership capability, culture fit, and depth.
• Professional, discreet communication and rapport with high‑profile candidates.
• Experience managing confidential searches with extreme discretion.
• Must be a US person due to access to export controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end leadership and executive searches across Hardware Platform teams.
• Establish trust and advise C‑suite executives on leadership talent strategy.
• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence to identify passive, top leaders.
• Deliver a high‑touch, personalized experience from outreach through onboarding.
• Design, negotiate, and close complex executive compensation packages.
• Understand Anduril’s product, roadmap, and culture to pitch leadership opportunities.
• Track pipeline metrics and provide data‑driven updates to executives.
• Leverage networks and advanced sourcing to engage passive leaders.
