You will map markets, engage passive candidates, and deliver a high-touch experience from outreach through onboarding.

This role requires deep expertise in executive compensation, strong assessment skills, and the ability to align leadership opportunities with Anduril's mission and rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years recruiting experience with 3+ years in executive or principal-level searches.
• Proven track record hiring leadership in complex engineering domains.
• Experience advising C-suite and founders on hiring strategy.
• Understanding of executive compensation models and negotiations.
• Strong assessment skills for leadership capability and cultural fit.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end leadership and executive searches across Hardware Platform teams.
• Advise C-suite, Founders, and VPs on leadership talent strategy and design.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify passive candidates.
• Deliver high-touch candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Design, negotiate, and close complex executive compensation packages.
• Understand product context and culture to pitch leadership opportunities.
• Track pipeline metrics and provide data-driven updates to stakeholders.
• Leverage networks and sourcing methods to engage top leaders.
