You will own end-to-end searches for Director to Principal-level leaders and drive competitive compensation discussions aligned with Anduril's mission and product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive search for leadership roles (Director/VP/Principal).
• Ability to advise C-suite/Founders on hiring strategy and market realities.
• Strong understanding of executive compensation and complex offers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end leadership and executive searches across Hardware Platform teams.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to C-suite executives, Founders, and engineering VPs.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence for senior roles.
• Design, negotiate, and close complex executive compensation packages.
