Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruiting, including executive or leadership searches.
• Experience advising C‑suite and founders on hiring strategy.
• Strong assessment, communication, and discretion.
• Experience in hardware/defense sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end‑to‑end leadership and executive‑level searches (Director, VP, Principal‑level) across Hardware Platform teams.
• Establish trust and act as a strategic talent advisor to C‑suite executives, founders, and engineering VPs.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence to identify top leadership talent.
• Deliver a high‑touch, white‑glove experience for leadership candidates from outreach through onboarding.
• Design, negotiate, and close complex executive compensation packages, including base, equity, and incentives.
• Deeply understand Anduril's product, roadmap, and culture to pitch leadership opportunities to passive market leaders.
• Track and analyze executive pipeline metrics and market trends to provide data‑driven updates to executive stakeholders.
• Leverage networking and advanced sourcing to engage passive industry leaders.
