Job summary

IMA Financial Group in the United States is seeking a senior leader to drive the Private Equity and M&A Practice's ERS book, shaping D&O programs for PE clients and coordinating with Cyber and ERS teams to optimize portfolio performance.

The role requires 12+ years in brokering, underwriting, claims or risk management, a JD preferred, and strong client-facing skills to build relationships and deliver sophisticated education and risk transfer insights.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of similar or related experience in brokering, underwriting, claims, legal, or risk management
• Juris Doctor degree preferred; four-year college degree required
• P&C license required; executive risk/designations preferred (MLIS, RPLU or similar)
• Excellent client-facing, written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee growth and performance of the Private Equity and M&A ERS book of business
• Design, build, sell, implement and monitor proprietary D&O Portfolio Programs for PE clients
• Collaborate with Cyber team, Private Company ERS Leaders, and sales/marketing to drive new business
• Lead education initiatives, client communications, and reporting; manage budgets and expenses
• Set strategy and drive efficiency in internal review and reporting processes
