Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. seeks a senior leader to oversee Private Equity and M&A ERS book, including fund liability, runoff and portfolio program placements.

You will collaborate with producers, clients and practice leaders to design and monitor D&O portfolios, guide cyber portfolio management, and drive growth and profitability. This role requires 12+ years of related experience, P&C license, and executive risk knowledge; designation such as MLIS or RPLU is preferred.

Qualifications

• Expert MS Office products.
• Expert client-facing skills and superior communication.
• P&C license required; ERS leadership experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage the Private Equity and M&A ERS book of business, including Fund Liability, D&O and runoff/tail coverage.
• Design, build, sell, implement and monitor proprietary D&O Portfolio Programs for PE clients.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Cyber, ERS leaders and producers to drive growth and profitability.
• Hire, train and grow talent; own budget and expenses for the practice.
