Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive the growth and performance of the Private Equity and M&A ERS book.

You will manage fund liability, D&O runoff, and portfolio programs while collaborating with producers, clients, and cross-functional teams to design and monitor solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Executive Risk/Management Liability, a P&C license, and demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships, budgets, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• 12+ years of similar or related experience in brokering, underwriting, claims, legal or risk management required.
• Expert MS Office products.
• Expert Client Facing Skills (ability to build confidence, articulate complex concepts, deliver challenging messages) / Superior written and verbal communication skills required.
• P&C license required.
• Executive Risk/Management Liability specific designations preferred (MLIS, RPLU, other Insurance or Risk Management designations).

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage the Private Equity and M&A ERS book of business, including Fund Liability, D&O runoff, and Portfolio Programs.
• Collaborate with Producers, clients, prospects and leadership to design, build, sell, implement and monitor D&O Portfolio Programs for PE clients.
• Oversee Cyber portfolio programs with the Cyber team and PE/M&A leadership.
• Direct strategic management of New Business/Book leadership, including major placements and relationships.
• Lead and develop talent, set budgets and monitor performance KPIs for the practice.
• Drive growth initiatives and engagement with Private & Public ERS Leaders and cross-functional teams.
