IMA Financial Group, Inc. seeks an experienced leader to head the Private Equity and M&A Executive Risk/Management Liability practice.

You will drive the growth and profitability of the ERS book, design and implement D&O programs, and partner with producers, clients, and cross-functional teams. You will guide strategy for cyber portfolio allocations and oversee high-stakes placements, ensuring execution of best-in-class client services.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of similar or related experience across brokering, underwriting, claims, legal or risk management.
• Expert MS Office products and strong client-facing abilities are essential.
• P&C license required; executives with MLIS/RPLU or equivalent designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage the Private Equity and M&A ERS book, including GPL/VCAP, D&O runoff, and runoff/tail coverage.
• Design, build, and monitor proprietary D&O Portfolio Programs for PE clients with producers and clients.
• Lead strategy for Cyber book management and coordination with PE Producers and clients.
• Oversee New Business/Book Management with ownership of major strategic placements.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Production, Carrier Relationships, and ERS/Cyber teams.
• Establish KPIs and execute best-in-class efficiencies in internal reviews and client processes.
