Job summary

IMA Financial Group is seeking an ERS professional to provide executive risk insurance guidance to diverse clients, from startups to Fortune 150 firms. You will analyze financials, negotiate terms, and build strong underwriter relationships while educating internal teams on management liability products.

The role emphasizes client service, proposals, and cross-functional collaboration with CFOs and CLOs/GCs.

Qualifications

• College degree; advanced degrees (JD/MBA) considered favorably.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
• Commitment to excellence and strong work ethic.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with underwriters, clients and team.
• Ability to respond calmly and quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and familiarity with ratios, percentages, commissions.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal channels to educate on management liability products.
• Market new and renewal business for public and complex risk profiles.
• Analyze client financial statements and insurance contracts for improvements.
• Develop strategies and negotiate terms with markets and underwriters.
• Maintain relationships with CFO/CLO/GC and contribute to client proposals.
