Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. seeks a senior leader to own the growth and performance of the Private Equity and M&A ERS book, focusing on Fund Liability, D&O and runoff coverage.

You will design and deploy proprietary D&O Portfolio Programs for PE clients, coordinating with Cyber, ERS, and private equity teams to drive results. The role requires a deep background in Executive Risk/Management Liability, strong client-facing skills, and leadership to mentor associates and manage strategic

Qualifications

• 12+ years of similar or related experience in brokering, underwriting, claims, legal or risk management.
• Expert MS Office products.
• Expert client-facing skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and deliver messages clearly.
• P&C license required.
• Executive Risk/Management Liability designations (MLIS, RPLU or other) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee growth and performance of the Private Equity and M&A ERS book, including GPL/VCAP portfolio and D&O exposure.
• Design, build, sell, implement and monitor proprietary D&O Portfolio Programs for PE clients.
• Collaborate with Cyber and ERS teams to manage cyber book within PE and M&A practices.
• Own strategic assignment and management of New Business/Book, including major placements and relationships.
• Manage and report on book of business, driving growth and associate development.
• Lead strategic initiatives, KPI reporting, and best-in-class efficiencies in client processes.
