You will partner with Producers, Clients, and Specialty Leaders to design, sell, implement, and monitor proprietary D&O programs for PE clients and oversee portfolio performance. Responsibilities

• Owns growth and performance of ERS book for PE and M&A practice.
• Designs, builds, sells, implements, and monitors D&O Portfolio Programs for PE clients.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive new business initiatives.
• Leads strategy for budget ownership and expense management.
• Oversees book-of-business reporting and KPI tracking.
