IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced executive risk/management liability leader to drive growth and performance across the Private Equity and M&A ERS book.

You will design and oversee D&O portfolio programs, collaborate with Cyber and ERS teams, and manage strategic client relationships in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will work with a cross-functional team to execute insights, monitor KPIs, and lead education initiatives to strengthen client outcomes and

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience in brokering, underwriting, claims, legal, or risk management.
• Expert MS Office products.
• Expert client-facing skills and superior written and verbal communication.
• P&C license required.
• Executive Risk/Management Liability designations preferred (MLIS, RPLU, other).

Responsibilities

• Growth and performance ownership of the Private Equity and M&A ERS book, including fund liability, D&O, and runoff coverage.
• Design, build, sell, implement and monitor proprietary D&O Portfolio Programs for PE clients.
• Coordinate with Cyber team on Cyber portfolio management within the PE/M&A Practice.
• Manage strategic assignments and largest placements and relationships in the New Business/Book management area.
• Set strategy and drive education initiatives and KPI reporting for the practice.
