Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks an executive-level leader to drive growth and performance of the Private Equity and M&A ERS book, including portfolio programs and D&O coverage for PE clients. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Cyber, and ERS teams to design and monitor risk transfer solutions.

The role requires deep experience in executive risk and portfolio management, with leadership responsibility for major strategic placements and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of similar or related experience in brokering, underwriting, claims, legal or risk management.
• Expert MS Office products.
• Expert client facing skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Growth and performance responsibility for the Private Equity and M&A ERS book of business.
• Design, build, sell, implement and monitor proprietary D&O Portfolio Programs for PE clients.
• Oversee Cyber portfolio programs and collaborate with Cyber team for book management.
• Lead and manage strategic assignments and large placements for New Business/Book Management.
• Set strategy for efficiency and reporting within the practice and EPIC workflows.
• Hire, train and grow talent within the team and manage budgets.
