Job summary

IMA Financial Group is seeking an experienced leader to grow and oversee the Private Equity and M&A Executive Risk/Management Liability practice. You will drive portfolio programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and own major client relationships, including PE go-forward D&O and runoff/tail coverage.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in brokering, underwriting, claims, legal, or risk management.
Expert MS Office products.
Executive Risk/Management Liability related designations preferred (MLIS, RPLU or similar).
P&C license required.

Responsibilities

Grow and manage the Private Equity and M&A ERS book of business including portfolio programs and D&O coverage.
Collaborate with PE producers, clients, prospects and other practice leaders to design, sell, implement and monitor D&O Portfolio Programs for PE clients.
Oversee Cyber portfolio management and PE practice-related cyber discussions.
Lead strategic New Business/Book management with ownership of major placements and relationships.
Establish and monitor KPIs, reporting, and value propositions for the practice.
