Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and manage the drive-in’s team and employees.
• Supervise and manage all drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Plan and forecast labor, food, and inventory to optimize costs and service quality.
• Lead regular team meetings and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintain records and prepare operational reports; ensure timely closing/opening duties.
