Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in restaurant management (QSR preferred); proven track record managing shifts without supervision.
• Experience: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health and safety regulations; basic math, accounting, and reading skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and manage restaurant staff.
• Manage compensation levels within company guidelines.
• Oversee all drive-in operations for guest experience.
• Coordinate opening/closing duties.
• Address guest and employee concerns appropriately.
• Plan and forecast food, labor, paper, and inventory costs.
• Lead team meetings and maintain records and reports.
• Develop and manage local marketing and performance action plans.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and compliance with policies.
