Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Easley, SC is seeking a General Manager/Operating Partner to lead daily drive-in operations and a team of associates. You will oversee staffing, training, guest service, and all financial aspects to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring and managing employees.
• Knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and manage the drive-in’s team.
• Manage labor, inventory, and costs to maximize efficiency and guest experience.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
• Lead regular team meetings and maintain records and reports.
