Sonic Drive-In is seeking a General Manager/Operating Partner to lead all operations of the drive-in and its employees. This role oversees hiring, training, scheduling, and performance, ensuring optimal guest experience and adherence to standards.

You will drive local marketing, cost control, and daily reporting while maintaining strong team leadership. Expect long hours, high responsibility, and the need to manage multiple shifts, with focus on operations, staffing, and customer service

Formación

• Must have strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant operations and staff scheduling.
• Solid communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and workplace safety standards.
• Experience with cost control, inventory and vendor management.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Oversee drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction and quality standards.
• Manage opening/closing duties and shift coverage.
• Control food, labor, paper, and inventory costs to maximize efficiency.
• Lead team meetings and ensure compliance with company policies.
