Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, and supervise staff.
• Plan labor, inventory, and costs to maximize efficiency and cost-control.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and sanitation standards.
• Develop local marketing and business performance action plans.
• Maintain records and prepare operational reports.
