Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, and supervise managers and staff.
Oversee compensation, scheduling, and performance management per guidelines.
Direct all drive-in operations to ensure guest satisfaction and quality standards.
Manage opening/closing duties and daily financial controls.
Plan, forecast, and adjust labor, food, and inventory to control costs.
Lead team meetings and maintain accurate records and reports.
Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and sanitation standards.
Maintain equipment, vendors, and local marketing efforts.
