Soar Restaurants / Sonic is seeking a General Manager/Operating Partner to lead the drive-in's operations and team, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and coach staff; manage costs, maintain standards, and ensure compliance with laws. This exempt role requires 3+ years of restaurant management, strong leadership, and the ability to work 50+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience managing shifts without supervision.
• Knowledge of labor, health and safety laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and staff.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Plan and control food, labor, and inventory costs.
• Lead regular team meetings and supervise records.
