Job summary

Barcelona Wine Bar in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop and manage staff, and drive profitability while delivering a remarkable guest experience.

You will oversee inventory, scheduling, standards, guest service, and safety, reporting to the Regional Director, with a focus on teamwork, hospitality, and growth of the concept.

Qualifications

• 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• BA/BS degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.
• Ability to lead and develop a large team while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to the guest experience.
• Manage shifts including daily decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs and prepare schedules.
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of injury and accidents.
