Job summary

Sonny in Nashville is seeking a Manager to partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations of the restaurant. You will supervise staff, handle manager POS duties, ensure high-quality food and beverage presentation, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment while keeping supplies stocked.

The role requires leadership, adherence to ServSafe standards, and strong guest service skills. Experience in fast-paced restaurant/bar management and a Tennessee alcohol service background is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a fast-paced restaurant/bar management role.
• Must be at least 18 to meet minimum age requirement of Tennessee to serve alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all floor employees and manage day-to-day operations.
• Perform manager POS duties and ensure high-quality food and beverage presentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and stock supplies.
• Respond to guest and employee issues professionally.
• Complete daily operation documentation including logs and incident reports.
