Job summary

Barcelona Wine Bar is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, staff development and performance, inventory and ordering, and profitability. You will ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience and report to the Regional Director.

You will lead scheduling, uphold standards, and drive sales while controlling costs in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Strong leadership and decision-making are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• BA/BS degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage staffing plans, scheduling, and performance management.
• Control costs across food, beverage, supplies, and labor.
