• Autonomous, strategic working style with ability to navigate ambiguity and lead initiatives.
• Influence across leaders and teams with clear communication and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own calendar management and meeting rhythms for CEO and Head of Engineering.
• Partner with Operations to operationalize meeting cadences and follow-through.
• Embed AI-enabled systems to draft summaries, action items, and briefs; build repeatable workflows.
