Job summary

Level AI is seeking a highly organized Operations Specialist to partner with senior leadership and help run the business day to day. This in-office role combines executive support, business operations, and offsite management in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will provide executive-level support, own day-to-day workflows, track priorities/KPIs, support hiring operations, and help maintain policies and docs while planning leadership offsites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in EA/Operations roles within a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting senior executives in high-growth contexts.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities; in-office collaboration with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level support to senior leadership (calendar, meetings, travel).
• Own day-to-day operational workflows to keep the company running efficiently.
• Track leadership priorities, KPIs, and action items; manage onboarding and hiring ops.
• Help maintain internal docs, policies, and operating cadences; plan leadership offsites end-to-end.
• Support ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as the business scales.
