Gusto is seeking an autonomous Executive Operations Partner to serve as the strategic right hand to our CEO and leadership team. You will own leadership operating rhythms, complex scheduling, and operational support for the steering committee during a growth transformation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting VP-level or above executives, including calendaring, travel, and event planning.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with designed workflows and structured prompts.
• Autonomous, strategic working style with ability to handle ambiguity.
• Strong cross-functional influence and trusted partner to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage CEO and leadership calendar and complex scheduling; optimize meeting rhythms.
• Partner with Insights & Operations to operationalize cadences.
• Embed AI-enabled systems for meeting summaries, action-item extraction, and docs.
• Triage inboxes and represent the CEO with external partners.
• Draft executive presentations, company-wide communications, and event materials.
• Oversee travel or events for executives and leadership team.
• Manage expenses and budgets for executives with finance partners.
• Provide confidential, tactful support and strategic guidance.
