• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Specialist, or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting senior executives in high-growth environments.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities.
• Strong organization, communication, and judgment.
• Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership.
• Comfortable working in-office with leadership.

Role - We’re looking for a highly organized Operations Specialist to partner closely with senior leadership and help run the business day to day. This in-office role combines executive support, business operations, and offsite management in a fast-paced startup environment.
