Job summary

Opensity Solutions in Houston, TX seeks a Hospitality Specialist to deliver concierge-style guest services in a professional office setting. This role supports daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services with attention to presentation, responsiveness, and detail.

The role reports to site leadership, is non-exempt, and requires a high school diploma with at least 1 year in hospitality or client service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience; hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using room reservation systems or scheduling platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated guest experience by greeting visitors and maintaining a professional environment.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms according to event specifications, including furniture and AV equipment.
• Coordinate and provide food and beverage services for meetings and catered events.
• Conduct regular inspections of conference rooms and office spaces for cleanliness and supplies.
• Maintain visiting offices and temporary workspaces in daily use.
• Support operational service requests including deliveries and event support.
• Utilize room reservation systems and scheduling tools to manage operations.
• Assist with after-hours events including setup, coordination, and breakdown.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors for seamless events.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
