Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience with C-suite leaders and boards.
• Experience in leadership coaching and advisory for senior teams.
• Deep psychological assessment of senior leaders and executives.
• Organizational consulting, effectiveness, and design expertise.
• Workshop design and facilitation - both in-person and virtual.
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy or training.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑level leadership strategy programs for CEOs and boards.
• Develop and maintain a regional network to create business opportunities.
• Act as trusted advisor to leaders and their teams to improve cultures.
• Deliver high‑quality work aligning with client business strategy.
• Contextualize insights into cultural and commercial drivers for stakeholders.
• Manage client portfolios and coordinate local relationships.
• Pilot new intellectual property within client systems.
• Grow client accounts through strategic plans and cross‑offer sales.
