EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will drive large-scale transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits clients, providing strategic leadership across engagements.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape client agendas, and foster executive relationships to drive growth and modernization initiatives. Strong program management, delivery oversight, and industry knowledge are essential.

Formación

• 12–15+ years in consulting, insurance, or business transformation.
• 8+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs with multiple workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead executive delivery across strategic transformation programs.
• Build and maintain executive stakeholder relationships at CIO/COO level.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and program performance.
• Drive AI-enabled delivery, automation, and advanced analytics adoption.
• Lead business development and account growth within strategic insurance accounts.
