Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead large-scale transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits, shaping client agendas and developing executive relationships to drive EY’s BTG growth.

You will oversee multidimensional teams and multi-workstream engagements, guiding architecture, data, and change-management activities, while advancing AI-enabled delivery across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
• 8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs with multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing executive client relationships and driving business development.
• Experience leading large consulting teams and managing engagement financials, forecasting, and profitability.
• Experience with policy administration platforms such as FAST (Verisk), FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or similar PAS.
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuity and group benefits value chain.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive delivery leader for strategic transformation programs, accountable for overall program success, financial performance, governance, and client satisfaction.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders (CIOs, COOs, Heads of Operations, Business Line Leaders).
• Lead executive steering committees and governance forums with thought leadership on industry trends and platform transformation.
• Direct multiple concurrent engagements and workstreams across complex client portfolios.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and collaborate with account leadership to drive revenue growth.
• Define transformation strategies, target operating models, roadmaps, and governance structures.
• Provide oversight across architecture, data, integration, conversion, testing, change management, release management, and implementation.
• Lead risk management and executive-level issue resolution; foster AI-enabled delivery methods and analytics.
• Lead and develop managers, consultants, and cross-functional teams; sponsor talent development and performance management.
• Lead account growth strategies; originate new business opportunities; lead pursuits, proposals, and contracting discussions.
• Develop market offerings, accelerators, methodologies, and IP to strengthen EY's position.
