Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15+ years in consulting/insurance/transformation.
• 8+ years in Life/Annuity or Group Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive delivery leader for strategic transformation programs, accountable for program success, financial performance, governance, and client satisfaction.
• Lead executive steering committees and governance forums; provide thought leadership on trends and modernization.
• Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders; drive revenue growth.
• Oversee multiple concurrent engagements across complex client portfolios and ensure alignment with objectives.
