Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead large-scale transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity, and Group Benefits, shaping agendas, cultivating executive relationships, and driving growth across engagements.

You will oversee governance, strategy, and delivery while guiding cross-functional teams and managing multi-vendor delivery in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
• 8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs exceeding multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Demonstrated success managing executive client relationships and driving business development activities.
• Experience with one or more policy administration platforms including FAST (Verisk), FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable modern PAS solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs with accountability for overall program success, governance, and client satisfaction.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, COOs, and Heads of Operations.
• Lead executive steering committees and governance forums with thought leadership on trends and modernization.
• Direct multiple concurrent engagements across complex client portfolios.
• Drive opportunities for business expansion and collaborate with account leadership to drive revenue growth.
