Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead large-scale transformation programs for Life Insurance, Annuity and Group Benefits clients, shaping client agendas and building executive relationships.

You will oversee multiple engagements, guide strategic execution, and drive growth while leveraging AI-enabled delivery and advanced analytics across programs. A strong track record in consulting and insurance is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Experience leading large-scale transformation programs with multiple workstreams and vendors.
Proven track record of executive client relationships and business development.
Experience with policy administration platforms and life product value chains.

Responsibilities

Lead executive delivery for strategic transformation programs and ensure overall program success.
Build trusted relationships with CIOs, COOs, and business leaders.
Direct multiple concurrent engagements and drive revenue growth.
Define transformation strategies, roadmaps, and governance structures.
Oversee architecture, data, integration, testing, and change management.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery and analytics across engagements.
